We are seeking a Sales Cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities while also handling basic accounting and financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales, invoices, and receipts
- Record daily sales and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle customer accounts and follow up on payments
- Prepare basic financial reports (cash book, sales report, expenses)
- Assist with stock/inventory records
Requirements:
- BSc in Accounting,
- Proven experience in sales and basic accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting records and sales processes
- Ability to use accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
