Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers regarding booking and reservation services for hotels, flights, or other travel services
- Answer customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and accommodations
- Book reservations for customers based on their specific needs and preferences
- Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
- Manage customer accounts and update reservation records as needed
- Handle changes, cancellations, and complaints from customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation
- Stay informed about current promotions and packages to provide the best options for customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Attend to clients upon arrival and departure.
- All necessary filing.
- Posting and overseeing all stock.
Requirement:
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English and Swahili written and spoken
- Excellent communication skill
- At least a Degree in a relevant field
- Flexible with shift times
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of the hotel and tourism industry
- Ability to work long hours.
