About Us
My Zanzibar is a leading tour operator based in Zanzibar, recognized as a key player in the island’s tourism industry, particularly for French-speaking clients. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide information and advice to clients
- Prepare quotations & plannings for customers
- Coordinate various stakeholders (drivers, captains, guides, etc.)
- Update professional tools and systems in use
- Prepare and monitor activity schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience in customer relations
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in the tourism sector
- Good knowledge of Zanzibar and its main attractions
Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in French would be a significant advantage
