Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales and marketing professional with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector? Do you have a passion for developing strategies that drive growth in highly competitive markets?

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our expansion and brand development efforts in the soap and detergents sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activity.
• Lead promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
• Manage and train a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure demand is met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry—preferably in soaps, detergents, or personal care products.
• Strong network in retail and wholesale distribution channels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
