East Africa Bay, a premier real estate development company based in Masaki, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. We specialize in the development and sale of luxury apartment properties and are seeking a professional who can help drive our sales strategy and build a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote  sales.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, agents, and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online sales.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC), display ads, and social media advertising.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in luxury or high-end developments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent understanding of the Tanzanian property market.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
