Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification.
- Opportunities creation and follow up to closure.
- Maintain and nature relationship with the customer.
- New customer acquisition.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business from existing clients through cross sell and upsell and seek referrals for potential customers.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company.
- Negotiate contracts with the customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and markets conditions and advise accordingly.
- Do presentations to customers
- Collaborate with marketing department to ensure marketing is done
Regularly engage the customers through meetings, calls and events - Escalate problems immediately.
