Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and qualification.
  • Opportunities creation and follow up to closure.
  • Maintain and nature relationship with the customer.
  • New customer acquisition.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business from existing clients through cross sell and upsell and seek referrals for potential customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company.
  • Negotiate contracts with the customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and markets conditions and advise accordingly.
  • Do presentations to customers
  • Collaborate with marketing department to ensure marketing is done
    Regularly engage the customers through meetings, calls and events
  • Escalate problems immediately.
