  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the financial success of the restaurant by developing annual budgets forecasting revenue, and closely monitoring profit margins.
  • Ensure operational efficiency while keeping costs in check.
  • Revenue Management & Profit Maximization: Utilize strategic pricing, promotions, and sales forecasting to maximize profitability.
  • Implement targeted marketing initiatives to boost sales and fill seats during off- peak hours.
  • Entrepreneurial Menu Engineering: Collaborate with the culinary team to craft a menu that balance innovations, customer preferences, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring high profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, introduce technology solutions, and create workflows that enhance service speed and reduce waste. ∙
