RECEPTIONIST JOB OPPORTUNITY
Our client is on an urgent need of a Receptionist to perform Receptionist tasks and other Administrative related tasks.
Location: Arusha

What are we looking for?
- Holder of any Diploma from recognized Institution.
- At least Upper Second-class grade
- One year (1) experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in advertising or related field
- Strong customer service.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- An energetic and friendly attitude with the ability to be flexible, patient, personable, reliable and easy going.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Multilingual is an advantage.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently as a part of a team.
What will you do?
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Schedule appointments.
- Prepare daily & Weekly reports
- Opening of Job Cards and Receiving cash payment & Receipting of the same
- Handling office correspondence.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Delivery note or gate pass approval
- Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
- Keep a record of office inventory and expenses.
- Ensure overall hygiene of the office is in place and maintained to a high level.
- Adhering to company procedure and policies
- Any other duties that can be a sign by the supervisor.
