Work Station: Dar es Salaam
Position: 1
Basic Job Functions:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Receive incoming calls, screen and route to the correct staff or department
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Ensures the confidentiality and security of data received and stored.
- In charge of receiving incoming parcels and couriers from service provider on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Business administration or any other related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Proficient in computer application
Other Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and resourceful
- Literacy in Microsoft office applications
- Good time management skills
