Project Team Lead (Railway Children Africa) reporting to the Programme Manager and based in Dar es Salaam.
The role of the Project Team Lead, he/she will oversee the planning, implementation, day-to-day management, quality assurance and reporting for Kesho Bora Project in Dar es Salaam. The Team Lead will ensure that specified deliverables are met both within the budget and time frame allocated. The Project Team Lead will directly supervise project staff working under the street outreach, youth and family interventions.
