Job Title: Project Manager / Team Lead – Electrical/Electronics Engineer or CCTV & Network Specialist

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the entire CCTV and networking project
• Manage timelines, budget, and coordination with client and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical, and security standards
• Provide final technical approvals and performance reporting
• Project planning, execution, and quality assurance
• Technical supervision of CCTV, networking, and electrical systems
• Stakeholder coordination and documentation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and security system architecture

 REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years in managing large-scale CCTV and network infrastructure projects in petroleum and industrial sectors.6+ years in HSE roles within petroleum and high-risk industrial environments
• BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering / Certified CCTV & Networking Professional
• Must be fluent in both oral and written English
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamworking skills
• The ability to think logically and strategically
• A methodical approach to tasks
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organisation and planning skills
