Job Description
The Procurement Intern will have the opportunity to learn and work on how to facilitate filing of contract documentations, and ensure completeness of files per their respective checklist. Assist in the preparation of company purchases reports.
Responsibilities
Generates a variety of standard statistical and other reports, work orders, etc, using various databases in excel and SAP
Responsible for developing and executing Request for Proposals and e-Auction writing contracts
Gathered analyze data using system tools
Support in organization of Supplier days in our company
Get to know the scope and accountability of the Procurement
Familiarize yourself with procurement processes actively participate in various projects (such as bidding processes, negotiations optimization projects)
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Procurement or other related field
