We are looking for a highly organized Operations Lead to oversee daily operations across multiple computer and laptop shops. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store performance, strong sales results, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales teams across all branches
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor and drive store sales performance
- Oversee inventory, stock movement, and store operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain high service standards
- Prepare reports on sales, stock, and store performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in retail operations (electronics preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
- Good understanding of computer and laptop products
- Ability to multitask and travel between stores
