Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Club Supervisor to join our team. The Night Club Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the club during evening hours, ensuring smooth running of events, maintaining high standards of customer service, and upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise night club staff, including bartenders, security personnel, and servers.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor crowd dynamics and implement crowd control measures as necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, DJs, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events.
  • Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold the club’s standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff members.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new entertainment

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience at least 3 in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably in a nightclub setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to workweekends, and holidays as needed.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Diploma au Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
