MKCB target markets are small and medium sized entrepreneurs, companies, SACCOS, intitutions such as schools, universities, hospitals and corporations. MKCB serves the need of growing companies, middle-market and large corporations, institutional investors, financial institutions and Government entities.

Academic Qualifications
- A University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
Technical Skills/ Competencies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job managing business portfolios – business banking / SME, Commercial or Corporate in financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, services, and regulations
- Good communications, influencing, leaderships,selling and negotiations skills
