Position: Mining/Mechanical Engineer

THE NILE MACHINERY TANZANIA BRANCH seeks qualified and experienced Mining Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. The ENGINEER will be responsible for providing high-quality support and processing flow chart design to Gold, Copper, Graphite other mineral processing clients to achieve high mineral recovery rate.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all work related to mineral processing; participate in the design of mineral processing technology and the selection of mineral processing equipment.
  2. Analyze sample test reports and provide technical support, such as process design and equipment selection for mineral processing.
  3. Familiar with basic mineral processing procedures, including grinding, flotation, gravity separation, magnetic separation, and dewatering processes and equipment.
  4. Proficient in the mineral processing techniques of one or more types of minerals such as gold, copper, spodumene, lead-zinc, etc.
  5. Monitor the on-site mineral processing flow, identify and solve problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mineral processing, mineral processing engineering, or related fields; proficient in CAD and able to draw process flow diagrams. Familiarity with 3D software users is preferred.
  2. Have experience in mineral processing design; on-site comprehensive management experience is preferred.
  3. Hardworking, with good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and strong team collaboration spirit.
