Position: Marketing & Sales Officer (Agriculture Inputs)

NovFeed, a fast-growing agricultural solutions company based in Dar es Salaam, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. The role is field-based and requires frequent travel across various regions in Tanzania to promote and sell agricultural inputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell NovFeed’s agricultural inputs to farmers, agro-dealers, and partners.
• Conduct extensive field visits across different regions in Tanzania.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Gather market insights and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support where necessary.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural sector is highly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for fieldwork.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Work Location

• Based in Dar es Salaam with extensive field travel across various regions.
