Position: Legal Officer – Registered Advocate

The Legal Officer will provide legal advice, handle company legal matters, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret contracts and agreements.
• Represent the company in legal matters when required.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal advisory services to management.
• Handle dispute resolution and risk management matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• Must be a Registered Advocate.
• 2–3 years of relevant legal practice experience.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
