King Casino we are seeking highly motivated individuals to work as Hostess. As a casino hostess, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for casino patrons. You will be responsible for greeting guests, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various aspects of their visit to the casino. Your friendly demeanour, professionalism, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of the casino operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly welcome clients as they enter the casino, providing a positive first impression of the establishment
- Assist guests with inquiries and direct them to their desired destinations within the casino
- Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop creative ideas for engaging activities.
- Assist in promoting casino events, promotions, and special offers to guests, encouraging participation and engagement keep guests informed of casino promotions, and answer their questions
- Announce the winners of draw contests in a lively and engaging manner
- Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately
- Interact with casino guests, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Host special events and promotions to enhance the casino experience.
- Working with the Reception and Slot Department when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Holder of Certificate, Diploma, and Degree in any field
- Previous experience in hosting events or working in the entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the casino environment.
- Knowledge of casino games and operations is preferred but not required.
- Women no more than 26 years
WORK HOURS
- 8 hours Day or Night shift including Saturdays and Sundays

King Casino, we are seeking for highly motivated and experienced live game Dealer to run the games of chance in gaming settings by interacting with players, explaining the odds and methods of playing according to the “house” rules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of a variety of table games, such as Blackjack, roulette, Texas Hold’em, Baccarat, U.TM, Stud poker, 3 Card poker, Niu Niu
- Possession of acute, in-depth understanding of the game rules and the minimum and maximum bets according to table limit
- Exchange money for chips collect chips for losing bets and direct winning patrons to the cashier at the end of the gaming session for pay-outs.
- Chip handling – Chipping – Chip Cutting is to be performed to the required standards
- Knowledge of the payment in pieces and monetary value if the bet is hit directly or partly
- Able to perform conversion of cash to chips and the addition of the bets quickly and accurately.
- Monitoring play to ensure no one is cheating

The gaming inspector’s main responsibility is to oversee all the games played and ensure that all gaming operations are carried out to the highest possible standards of efficiency, security, and customer service under company procedures and current legulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Observe and verifies that the rules of the table games are adhered to by casino employees and patrons and that players don’t cheat.
- Observes and ensures that the table drop is appropriately done and drop boxes are transported safely to the count room.
- Observe and ensures that the table games’ soft count is correctly accounted for.
- Inspects table game equipment and reserves; approves use before being used on the casino gaming floor.
- Documents patron complaints and disputes regarding the application of rules and operation of games not resolved by casino staff.
- Circulating among gaming tables to observe operations and security to ensure harmony and courtesy.
- Observing casino staff, in the operation of casino games to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service and correct procedures are maintained.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the designated Pit area, including table games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, Texas Hold’em and others.
- Monitor the conduct of Dealers and Players to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to dealers as needed, including resolving disputes and handling customer inquiries or concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Patrol Casino premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited persons and items into restricted areas.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Respond to emergencies, such as medical issues, fire, and security threats, and contact emergency responders when necessary.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections according to established schedules.
- Assist in crowd control during events and manage access to restricted areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in Security or relevant position is an added advantage
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
- Physical stamina, good health and strength.
- Ability to communicate in both SWAHILI & ENGLISH
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Security Guard certification/ JKT Training
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
