Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support for efficient office operations.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Assist in processing and tracking expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidates aged between 23 and 28 are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar position will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from the warehouse to customers.
- Oversee the dispatching and management of transportation from Goodwill to the warehouse.
- Efficiently handle transportation dispatching from the Kibaha factory to the warehouse.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
- Lead and manage the transportation team to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency.
- Address and resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement corrective measures to prevent future problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
- Preferably male candidates.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in transportation management.
- Strong sense of obedience to company policies and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- In-depth familiarity with the Tanzanian transportation market and logistics.
