Job Details:

  • Answering calls, taking messages & handling correspondences.
  • Maintaining Diaries & arranging appointment.
  • Typing and preparing reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Coordinating mail – shots and similar publicity tasks.
  • Acting as receptionist and /or meeting and greetings clients.
  • Prepare and send bills & invoices.
  • Managing telephone calls; supplying and getting data directly talking to a suitable person.
  • Process daily sales report.
  • Flexible to perform any other duties as you may be assigned by a responsible person.

Requirements:

  • Smart, neat and well presentable.
  • Familiarity with office organization.
  • Excellence written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must have a diploma or degree in Secretarial studies.
  • Must have experience of two years or above in secretarial services
