Job Details:
- Answering calls, taking messages & handling correspondences.
- Maintaining Diaries & arranging appointment.
- Typing and preparing reports
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Coordinating mail – shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Acting as receptionist and /or meeting and greetings clients.
- Prepare and send bills & invoices.
- Managing telephone calls; supplying and getting data directly talking to a suitable person.
- Process daily sales report.
- Flexible to perform any other duties as you may be assigned by a responsible person.
Requirements:
- Smart, neat and well presentable.
- Familiarity with office organization.
- Excellence written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.

Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a diploma or degree in Secretarial studies.
- Must have experience of two years or above in secretarial services
