Job Description
To develop and grow the business by driving a good relationship with agents and other in a manner that ensures achievement of set business targets.
- Responsible for recruitment of at least 30 new and potential agents
- Responsible for the productivity and loyalty of the same agents
- Responsible for their daily business conduct and ensure adherence to set company policies
- Responsible to nurturing the relationship between the agents and the company.
- Will be required to prospect new business and maintain our renewal business portfolio and close to meet set targets
- Maintain daily updates report of business progress.
- Follow up on quotations to close business and to get feedback
- Provide support services and training to all agents
- Weekly visits to intermediaries to make sure that the relationship is cemented
