Role Purpose

To provide generalist Human Capital administration services in support of the Human Capital policies and programmes.

Responsibilities:

Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment
Provide support to business/HRBP through the provision of relevant process documentation to effectively manage turnaround times and drive project implementation
Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and, includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
Contribute to a culture of service excellence that builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
Continuously assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate

Additional Requirements:

In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.

Please Note: preference will be given to qualifying applicants from the greater CAPE TOWN area / Western Cape

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma in Human Resources or Social Science
Experience – 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
