Evolution Motors Pty Limited, is an automobile company based in Dar es Salaam with branches in Mbeya, Dodoma, Arusha and Mwanza. It’s main business lines include repair and maintenances of vehicles, supply of tyres and batteries, oil and lubricants, import of Vehicles for sale and car rentals. The company is looking to hire Sales assistants for its head office and Branches.

Duties, Responsibilities and Key Competences;

• Present, promote and sell our products and services
• Reach out to customer leads through a cold call
• Reply email and calls on time
• Very good at Customer feedback
• Very proactive and can work under minimal supervision.
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Good time Manager, priotization and organization skills
• Must have motor vehicle skill and Driving Skills
• Excellent selling and pricing
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Aggressive person and fast learner
• Good skills on tender follow ups and writing
• Must have good skills on report writing
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications;

• Bachelor degree in Sales and marketing / B.com/ Business Administration.
• At least 2 years’ experience in automobile industry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent in oral and written English.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
