We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the digital ad sales and must be driven to meet and strive to exceed the sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Selling digital advertising for Boomplay and achieve sales target.
• Build and maintain strong professional & personal relations with advertisers, ad agencies and major partners.
• Creating campaign proposals for clients based on their advertising demand.
• Follow and identify advertising industry trends and propose, implement revenue- generating sales ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media, ad agency, Business-to-Business digital ad sales experience or related field.
• Previous work experience in digital ad sales with high traffic website is an added advantage.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills to build consensus.
• Fluency in local language is required.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure. If you meet the above qualifications, we shall be happy to meet you.
