Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek a General Services Officer to join them in Dar es Salaam, TZ for a 12-month contract.

Main Accountabilities And Responsibilities

Manage all facilities services for properties through management of service providers
Ensure that all service provider personnel have been vetted prior to being assigned to contracts and that all have been properly inducted
Keep records of all service provider employee training provided
control schedules, manage contracts, develop work standards, and evaluate both employees and external contractors
Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds
Lease management, including lease administration and accounting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant qualification
10 years in Facilities/Estate Management experience
Knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office Products
