Reuna Group is a fast-growing company in the seafood processing and distribution sector. We are looking for someone with more than 1 year of experience in sales to join our team in Majengo Dodoma, Vikindu Mkuranga.

Main Responsibilities:

• Selling the company’s products.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
• Implementing sales strategies to increase sales.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Monitoring market trends and analyzing competition.
• Preparing accurate sales reports for management.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in selling in a fish shop, especially
• Must have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Must be able to work independently without close supervision.
• Experience in the food or FMCG industry will be given priority.
• Proficiency in using computers and sales software (such as DukaPro, Excel, Tally etc.).
• Age between 18 – 24 years.

Position: Store Keeper – 1

Location: Vikindu, Mkuranga District

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt and issue of goods and materials from the warehouse.
• Control and maintain accurate records of goods in stock.
• Ensure that goods are stored safely and in an orderly manner.
• Conduct regular stock-taking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports.
• Work closely with the production, sales and shipping teams.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Must have at least Form IV, diploma or certificate in purchasing, supply chain, or accounting is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper.
• Must be attentive, observant, and able to use store management systems.
• Computer skills especially Excel, Tally is essential.
• High level of honesty and responsibility.
• Female aged 20 – 25.
• Residing in Mbagala, Kigamboni or Mkuranga areas
