Job Description:

• As an Accounting Secretary, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the company.
• You will be responsible for managing accounting, sales, and secretarial tasks while ensuring efficient and organized operations within our team.

Main Responsibilities: –

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company (phone reception, schedule management, meeting organization, handling mail and emails).
• Handle the company’s accounting (invoicing, payment tracking, expense reports, preparation of tax and social security declarations).
• Process bank reconciliations and ensure transaction compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• Organize and archive administrative and accounting documents effectively.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners.

Required Profile: –

• Fluency in English. (both spoken and written) – essential.
• Proficiency in a second foreign language is a significant bonus.
• Degree in accounting, administrative management, or any relevant qualification.
• Previous experience as an accounting secretary or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while being proactive in solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in the company.
• The candidate must be willing to relocate to Nungwi, Zanzibar.

• Operate drones to capture aerial videos and photos of various tours, activities, and landscapes.
