Enza Zaden Africa Ltd is compiling a technical staff roster to support our growing operations. We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals who may be considered for future opportunities in the following roles:

• Plumbers
• Electricians
• Workshop Mechanics
• Driver

Please note: This is not an active vacancy. This call is for roster purposes only. Applications received will be kept on file and shortlisted candidates will be given priority when roles become available.

Work Environment:

Successful candidates, when called upon, will be working in a modern and fast-paced farm setting equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including greenhouses, irrigation systems, cooling systems, and automated equipment.

Brief Role Descriptions:

1. Plumbers
   Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of all water lines, irrigation systems, taps, drainage, and sanitary fittings across the farm. Experience with high-pressure irrigation systems will be an added advantage.
2. Electricians
   Handles electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems including lighting, motors, control panels, power backups, and greenhouse automation systems. Knowledge of safety protocols and modern agricultural electrification is essential.
3. Workshop Mechanics
   Responsible for maintenance and repair of farm machinery, including tractors, generators, water pumps, and other mechanical tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage workshop tools and spare parts inventory
4. Drivers

Operate company vehicles for the safe and timely transportation of goods, materials, and personnel within and outside the farm. Candidates must have a valid Tanzanian driving license, clean driving record, and experience in handling both light and heavy-duty vehicles including tractors,forklifts and passenger vehicles. Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
