2 . Position: Experienced Recovery Officers – 5 Positions Based in Mwanza

Responsibilities;

Recovery officer is responsible for recoveries of outstanding debts as he/she will be assigned.
Develop recovery strategy for each case and follow up implementation of the approved strategy to ensure maximum recoveries are made in line with the business strategies.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report on progress of Recovery and Projections for recoveries.
Conducting field visits to collect payments or assess collateral.
Preparing and documenting recovery plans and correspondence.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

General Qualifications;

At least 2 years of experience as Recovery Officer/Loan officer in the respective post from a reputable institution.
A minimum of at least Diploma and a maximum of A Bachelor Degree in fields of Business, Finance,
Economics, Social Sciences and any other related fields
Should not be less than 20 and not more 35 years of age.
