North Mara Gold Mine Limited is seeking to enrol Industrial Practical Training students for the year 2024 to join our team. The main objective of Industrial Practical Training (IPT) is to contribute towards the human capital development pool in Tanzania. To achieve this, Barrick – North Mara has created opportunities to enrol students from universities and other recognized tertiary institutions to access the industrial practical training for exposure and acquire hands-on skills. Duration for Industrial Practical Training will be only for Eight (8) Weeks.

Criteria for Enrolment

  • An applicant should not be in a first or final year student.
  • An applicant should not be a graduate.
  • IPT should not be regarded as internship program.

Requirement for Application

Introduction Letter from the University/Institution with a contact number of IPT coordinator/ Liaison personnel.
Examination Results with official stamp.
