POSTION: INSURANCE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Insurance Relationship Manager, to generate insurance business from the targeted market as per the company strategy. The responsibilities include new business generation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, diversification of portfolio, client servicing, technical support to branches, leading meetings in the area assigned, client servicing, implementation of management directives and implementation of supervisor initiatives

Main Key duties and responsibilities,

Administration

  • Thorough and efficient deployment of retention measures to ensure robust business growth but also serve as an avenue for growing prospective business pipeline(s).
  • Effective credit control management and application of sanctions as per laid out protocol.
  • Provide custom solutions to clients articulating their needs and offering solutions that offer value for money.

Claims Management

  • Receive, record, report, and accurately follow up on client claims as per set workflows efficiently and effectively.
  • Efficiently communicate with clients and keep them fully abreast on the progress of their claim, manage expectations and ensure that the claims process is finalized to fruition.
  • Meticulously deal with any client grievances quickly and efficiently so that quality service remains a standard.
  • Escalations should be done as per the set protocol

Relationship Building

  • Provide personalized service to clients and build rapport that keeps you abreast with their needs and wants.
  • Build robust relationships with Assessors and Claims Adjusters to ensure our fiduciary duty to clients is met.
  • Foster and nurture the business relationship we have with our insurer partners so that the company product offering remains best in class.

Insurance Relationship Manager Job Opportunity at Blue Recruits Limited

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements,

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business Administration, Account, Finance or any other equivalent and relevant qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Insurance industry in a Sales position.
  • Understanding of Tanzania’s Insurance market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Insurance products and services.
  • Selling and Negotiation Skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship Management skills.

    Budget: 4,000,000 Net Pay, Very Negotiable for more experienced candidates.
    Job Location: Arusha.
