We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly skilled HR Manager in Tanzania to oversee all HR processes, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits (payroll), Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure seamless hiring.
- Enhance employer branding and employee value proposition to attract top talent.
Compensation & Benefits (Payroll Management):
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to maintain market competitiveness.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and other allowances.
- Handle payroll queries and ensure the resolution of any discrepancies.
HR Compliance & Operations:
- Maintained HR records, contracts, and payroll documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Provide HR analytics and reports on hiring, payroll, and benefits.
- Implement HR best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 – 6 years of HR experience, focusing on talent acquisition and payroll.
- Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws, payroll systems, and tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in payroll processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
