Who are you?
A person who can keep abreast of the latest developments in Labour legislation so as to determine how the firm and client’s HR policies may be affected.
A person who is detailed oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
A responsible and hard-working person who is ready and enjoys to take extra duties and/or work over time whenever required to do so.
An open-minded person who is ready to learn and acquire new knowledge on daily basis.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Working knowledge of Tanzania Labour Laws.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
An energetic and friendly attitude with the ability to be flexible, patient, personable, reliable and easy going.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Multilingual is an advantage.
Strong time management skills.
Detail-oriented.
What will you do?
Updating firm and client’s databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Drafting and filling of Human Resource Documents.
Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill firm and client’s job vacancies.
A person who can be able to draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Initiate background checks on shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
Assisting in the planning of firm and clients’ events.
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
