Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field
- Completion of a security training program
- Clean Criminal Record with a Police clearance certificate
- Must have gone through Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa Training
- Integrity, Honesty, Commitment to Company goals
- Good communication skills on the telephone and in person
- Friendly and helpful interpersonal style
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
