Head Chef

We are Looking for a highly ambitious and passionate professional , who will oversee our kitchen and other dinning Services

Duties:

Prepare and execute daily kitchen activities
Design and constantly upgrade menus
Food costing
Ensure that all food is prepared under appropriate kitchen regulations and standards
Look for ways to regulate spoilage & infrequently used items.

Requirements & Skills:

Knowledge on how to prepare local & international food and drinks
Proven 2 year minimum work experience in a similar role
Leadership ability
Creativity
Food Costing Knowledge
Ability to lead and inspire a team
** Good Customer service skills are a bonus
