Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma is must in Agriculture Engineer related degree is preferable
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
Job role
- Quality control- Through inspection and highly supervision to ensure product and service meet the specified standards
- Documentation-Maintain accurate records of inspection, results and corrective actions.
- Process Improvement-Identify area of improvement, monitor the effectiveness and implement changes.
- Compliance -Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Training and Development- Train staff on quality standards, procedures and best practices. Develop training materials and conduct quality awareness programs. Also provide ongoing support and guidance to team members on quality related issues.
- Risk Management-Asses potential risk associated with product quality and production process, Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management activities.
- Supplier quality Management-Evaluate and select suppliers/farmers based on quality criteria. Also collaborate with suppliers/farmers to address quality issues and improve product quality.
- Customer interaction-Handle customer complaints and feedback related to the product quality,
- Investigate and resolve quality issues raised by customers.
- Quality Assurance system- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Ensure that the quality assurance processes are integrated into all stages of processes delivery.
