Key Responsibilities:

- Seek new business, and enhance upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue.
- Product Management:
- Oversee key product categories to ensure they contribute to profits and align with business goals.
- Focus on selling profitable products and streamlining sales operations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales targets & penetration
- Volume targets through digital platforms and data accuracy
- Customer service scores and market intelligence metrics
- Operational plan accuracy and revenue growth metrics
- Category and product performance
- Sales call visits and compliance rates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years (min) of sales experience
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Power Bi and Excel
- Excellent customer engagement abilities
