Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on Solution business
Track inquiries and convert them to orders
Visit markets – Sell products and solutions by establishing and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
Generate new leads within the region
Monitor and provide regular updates on competitor activities, new products, and market condition
Educate customers on how our products and solution can benefit them
Provide support, information, and guidance
Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up for payment
Keep customers informed on their orders
Manage customer complaints
Maintain records of all sales leads and customers’ accounts
Ensure payment collections
Prepare reports as and when required
Participate in trade fair and exhibition
Ensure compliance with Service Centre SOP
Undergraduate degree in business management
Min 3 years of experience
Good negotiation skills and decision making
Excellent customer service
Good communication and listening skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work long hours as and when required
Possess a valid driving license
