- Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on Solution business
- Track inquiries and convert them to orders
- Visit markets – Sell products and solutions by establishing and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Generate new leads within the region
- Monitor and provide regular updates on competitor activities, new products, and market condition
- Educate customers on how our products and solution can benefit them
- Provide support, information, and guidance
- Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up for payment
- Keep customers informed on their orders
- Manage customer complaints
- Maintain records of all sales leads and customers’ accounts
- Ensure payment collections
- Prepare reports as and when required
- Participate in trade fair and exhibition
- Ensure compliance with Service Centre SOP
- Undergraduate degree in business management
- Min 3 years of experience
- Good negotiation skills and decision making
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work long hours as and when required
- Possess a valid driving license
