We are seeking motivated and dynamic Executive Sales Agents (both individual and company) to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an Executive Sales Agent (Corporates/Individual), you will be responsible for driving sales efforts. You will represent Tanzania Securities Ltd, promoting our financial products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for stockbroking, treasury bond dealing, and fund management services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to promote Tanzania Securities Ltd’s products and services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Actively participate in marketing activities, including seminars, workshops, and other promotional events.
Utilize various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.) to generate leads and close sales.
Identify opportunities for investment and engage clients to secure business.
Provide clients with information on investment opportunities and ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their investment decisions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related industries.
Strong understanding of stockbroking, treasury bonds, and fund management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Compensation:

Commission-based payment structure with competitive rates.
