Overview:

MBI is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. The role involves walking from door to door, visiting supermarkets, pharmacies, and wholesale shops to promote and secure orders for our dental floss and yogurt products.

Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and wholesale shops, to promote and sell MBI products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and secure orders to achieve sales targets.
• Provide customers with detailed information about our dental floss and yogurt products.
• Report daily sales progress and feedback to the company.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dar es Salaam.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit
• A go-getter with a passion for achieving targets.
• Prior sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• Commission-based payment with Transport & food allowances.
