The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and refine digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to support business goals. He/she will oversee campaigns on different digital channels, track their effectiveness, and make ongoing improvements to ensure measurable success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and market positioning.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored strategies to engage and convert them.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies for the company’s website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Implement and manage SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Oversee SEM initiatives to target and attract potential leads.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audience on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to identify and target key audiences and create content tailored to their needs and interests.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the content is relevant and competitive.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

What we’d love for you to have:

If you have experience and qualification in the following areas:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or B2B sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Experience creating content for various channels, social media, email, and video.
  • Proficient in SEO and SEM and keyword research.
  • Sales and marketing knowledge.
  • Performance oriented.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for details.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
