Initial SIM cards registration;
Requested info to check activation status for new SIM cards
Requested info to check if the mandatory required fields in registration forms are captured in KYC dump
DPC Tracking
Requested info to check exact date of SIM card activation after registration and current status either is in tempo or MCOM status
SIM Card status
Request info to check past owners KYC details of inactive sim cards in the market
Requested info to check if numbers with zero recharge and zero usage is barred or unbarred
Quality checks
Request info to check if customer details filled in KYC dump matches with information filled in registration form
Subscription and Traffic reports
Prepare and submit Monthly subscription and traffic report
Tariff Reports
Prepare and submit quarterly Tariff Reports
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law or equivalent qualification and Computer Application Skills
Relevant Experience
Experience in interacting with law enforcing agencies e.g. Police, courts etc.
Experience in Customer care
Experience in a Telecommunication or banking industry
