Responsibilities

• Participate in the month-end closing process by preparing estimated P&L and results, controlling costs allocations, in close collaboration with accounting teams
• Reporting monthly figures into Head Office reporting tool
• Preparing activity comments (vs budget or vs previous year) for Local, Regional and Head Office management
• Preparing ad-hoc reports to local Management and Head Office
• Analyzing results per activity, preparing synthetic comments to HODs to help them controlling their P&L and pilot operations
• Review of procedures and control the implementation of those procedures and measures
• Participating in budget preparation, construction and restitution
• Prepare investments and procurement memos for Head Office validation process, in close collaboration with procurement officer.
• Participate in all safety training as required
• Adhere to all HSE requirements of the project
• Any other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Field / or any other relevant
• Bias on reporting and data management
• CPA /ACCA Qualification
• Other professional qualification
• At least 7 years relevant experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical skills
• Synthetic skills but also attention to detail
• Effective Communication Skills
• High level of integrity
• Excellent MS Office Skills
