Responsibilities:

• Process software license orders and manage renewal cycles.
• Create reports on renewals, customer engagement, and product usage.
• Conduct solution health checks and promote product value.
• Schedule customer visits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide basic tech support and ensure successful product installations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or Business IT.
• Familiarity with cloud systems and digital tools.
