Responsibilities

• Responding to airbnb queries and accept bookings
• Make sure that guests are properly checked in and stay is going on ok
• Ensure there are enough supplies for guests during bookings
• Make sure apartments are ready and are in good order for guests
• Do market runs for airbnb procurement
• Ensure theres luku, internet and dstv subsription
• Manage social media pages and respond to guests
• All other duties as may be required

Knowledge and Experience

• Must be able to speak, read and write English and Swahili
• Good knowledge of microsoft excel
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to take initiative
• Must be computer literate
