Career Opportunity: CRM Manager
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our Marketing team in Dar es Salaam. This critical role will involve managing AzamPesa’s customer relationship management system to enhance user engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. The CRM Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring personalized communication that drives customer loyalty and repeat transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for customer relationship management with a focus on retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Campaign Management: Oversee CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, tailored to different user segments to drive engagement and conversions.
- Data Management: Ensure customer data within the CRM system is accurate, secure, and effectively used for segmentation and personalization.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, refining strategies based on data to improve results and reporting on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and retention.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify their needs and pain points, using this information to enhance CRM strategies and communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth Marketing Specialist and Content Marketing Specialist to align CRM efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
