Job Description
To assist in formulation and implementation of credit related MIS including regulatory reporting, and internal report generation for management and Board Credit Committee.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with finance team to ensure accurate and timely submissions of credit related reports as per prescribed format i.e., DFI’s, BOT etc.
- Provision of daily account monitoring report for all accounts with exclusion of those under NPA management and write-off.
- Liaise with Credit admin for timely updating of security register and ensure any subsequent changes are reflected in the IFRS 9 computations.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly provision reports, both regulatory and impairment charges as per IFRS 9 requirements and ensure any shortfall or surplus been reported promptly to the line Manager.
- Produce periodic regulatory and IFRS provision forecasts taking inputs from respective units within credit. All reports shall be reviewed by the line Manager.
- Timely preparation of Credit MI and Analytics.
- Examples but not limited to include.
a. MCC report
b. BCC Report
c. Board paper
d. BOT NPL Management submission
e. Portfolio Quality Report (PQR)
f. Regulatory Provision-BOT
g. Periodic BOT returns
h. Monthly computation of Modification Gain or Loss on restructured facilities
i. Monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger - Including those qualifying for upgradation during the period
- Computation of Gain and Loss n for Restructured Loans for non-performing Loan.
- Attending Internal and External Auditors requirements with implementation of any queries raised during the audit period.
- Ensuring monthly submission of Credit Reference Data (CRD) to CRB as per BOT regulations before 10th of each month, and timely resolve all CRD issues raised by customers.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the line manager or management
