Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, delivering presentations showcasing Cartrack’s products and solutions.
- Exceed sales targets, focusing on generating new business and cultivating existing customer relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, creating tailor-made pricing structures and deals.
- Acquire new customers through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging various Social Media platforms.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
- Utilize CRM effectively for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field
- 3- 4 years of proven Sales Experience
- Target-driven personality with a keen interest in exploring new business opportunities.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and craft relevant pitches.
- Effective communication skills with a willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
