Position: Card Operations Officer

Job Description

• Ensure timely investigation of suspense account exceptions as required.
• Manage record keeping and ensure adherence to the set standards.
• Review refunds and reversals received on VISA/Master Card reports against system data and credit customers once justified.
• Checking of all manual reversals and adjustments to card holders and ensure accuracy and correctness of reversals done.
• Management of Card GLs and Control revenue leakages.
• To take part in routine operations and management activities, as well as assisting the implementation and execution of management strategy.
• Ensure appropriate Internal banking and Card/ATM operations controls are observed
• Handling queries related to card operations from all stakeholders.
• Timely submission of returns to relevant stakeholders.
